Students from Campbellsport Elementary School Celebrated reaching their goal of selling 335 boxes of chocolate to raise money for the CES PTO! We are excited to see all the wonderful things our PTO can support with that money! As promised, Mr. Hamm died his beard ((PINK)) to celebrate this wonderful achievement! Congratulations to our top sellers and to Miss Sundholm's 3rd Grade Class for being the top sellers in the school!!!!

5th grade is currently learning all about fractions. Here they are working collaboratively with partners on fraction sorting and “Spooky Trail” fractions on number lines. 5th grade is here to show that fractions CAN be fun! #CES #fractionfun #mathmeticians

It’s the 1st day of October at CES and we are introducing to you our amazing student council for the 2025-2026 school year! We have 12 students in 5th grade making up our student council this year. They represented us so well in the Homecoming parade last Friday. We are excited to see what awesome things they will do this year. #CES #cougarpride #rolemodels

It was an awesome Homecoming week at CES! We had huge participation in our dress-up days. We finished the week with the entire school attending the Homecoming parade! There was loud cheering, candy flying, sticky hands from ice pops, and big smiles everywhere! Special shout outs go to our student council with Ms. Boycks and Mr. Wolf in the marching band for representing us SO WELL in the parade!! #homecoming #cougarpride #CES

Our theme at CES is Learning is the Greatest Adventure! We can’t wait to see where this adventure will take us this school year!

Yesterday, CES conducted a lockdown drill. Our students successfully conducted themselves through the drill in a calm and orderly manner. These drills are important in maintaining our school safety here at CES. We hope we never have to apply these drills, but we want our students and staff to be prepared. We encourage you to talk to your children about these drills and the importance of being prepared for an emergency! #CES #schoolsafety #safetydrills

This week Rebecca Cole who works in the CES library did a "Book Tasting" with her 4th and 5th graders. A "book tasting" is an activity where students are asked to "sample" a variety of books by reading a few pages, similar to tasting different foods at a buffet, to discover new titles and genres that might interest them. Rebecca set up different tables featuring various genres or themes, allowing students to rotate and explore different books. Students were allowed to check out all of the books that interested them. Every student in each class found books they were interested in checking out and reading.
