During the month of November all of our students wrote what they are grateful for on a paper chain. The student council then linked all the chains together. The chain of gratitude is now the garland on the CES Christmas tree 🎄! That's over 300 things to be grateful for this year! #Gratitudegarland #Grateful #CES #Cougarpride

Tomorrow is the Kindergarten and 1st grade Christmas concert at CES! The concert will start promptly at 6:30pm. We hope to see you there! Students performing should wear their Christmas best (red and green expected). And don’t forget to bring cash for the PTO bake sale!

Today was 5th Grade Harvestfest!! Thank you to all the grown-ups who came for this event! Students and their grown-ups worked together on activities to reflect back on the novel Esparanza Rising that was recently studied. They contributed to a gratitude tree, made yarn dolls, made bead corn ornaments, and enjoyed a delicious feast.
