standards and benchmarks

Campbellsport School District will follow the Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS). The Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS) is a comprehensive statewide program designed to provide information about what students know in core academic areas and whether they can apply what they know.

Each grade level has a set of skill and information benchmarks based on these performance standards in each subject area. As students progress through the district’s curriculum, their performance of skills and their demonstration of knowledge within the content area will become more complex and sophisticated.

The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) has developed standards for technology integration into the educational curriculum for Kindergarten through twelfth-grade educators. These standards are called the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS).
