Clerical Support – Counseling Office

Qualifications: High School Diploma with additional secretarial training or experience.High degree of proficiency in office procedures, word processing, typing,and office machines. Professional tact, diplomacy with administrators, staff, students, parents, and the community.

Responsibilities: Student recordkeeping is a major responsibility, but also a multitude of duties relating to the operation of the middle-high school counseling office. Must demonstrate initiative and self-reliance, be detail oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure. Strong computer skills are a must.

Second Shift Custodian Full-time; Eden Elementary School

3:00–11:30 p.m.

Qualifications: High school diploma, job-related training or skills, good communication skills, ability to assume responsibility, display initiative and exercise good judgment.

Requirements: Perform general cleaning related work. The custodian shall operate and maintain school facilities in a safe orderly manner. The job demands the ability to bend, lift, stand, walk, climb and reach for extended periods of time. Maintain confidentiality on all matters of the building and any other school-related issues. Promote a positive image of the District at all times.
